Prince Harry now knows a thing about shaking off the cold. Here are some pretty extraordinary shots of the royal son as he joins the Walking with the Wounded team on the island of Spitsbergen, for training before they start their charity trek to the North Pole.
The 26-year-old set up a camp in a valley near Longyearbyen, a town on the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen, considered to be the best place to get used to the extreme conditions that face him on his journey ahead. Temperatures there are expected to drop -22 degrees Fahrenheit.
That’s cold.
Real cold.
