Pop star Katy Perry left her scent south of the border in Mexico City. The singer debuted her perfume, Purr, in Mexico’s capitol in true purple fashion, complete with a matching low cut dress.
Perry also met fans at a mall and signed autographs, embracing the true Mexican spirit with a huge sombrero.
