Shia LaBeouf has a run-in with the law.

Never Sleeps star reportedly lost his
cool after getting taunted at Mad Bull’s Tavern, a Los
Angeles bar. 

Witnesses say the
actor, a regular at the watering hole, was being insulted by a fellow patron.

The two apparently took it outside where the fists went flying.

Police eventually came…handcuffing the boys briefly before releasing them. 

No arrests were made.
