Jessica Simpson’s new flame, former NFL player Eric Johnson, has chosen to stay in Los Angeles with the pop star rather than return to the college according to reports.

Johnson is enrolled in a two year business course at the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Wharton school, but reportedly has opted to spend more time with his new squeeze rather than hit the books.
The pair, who have been dating for only eight weeks, recently holidayed in Italy together to celebrate the singer’s 30th birthday.

The loved-up duo were spotting strolling hand-in-hand and passionately embracing while on the island of Capri.

“He doesn’t want to move to Philadelphia and leave her so soon after they got together,” a source said, Us Magazine reports.

Singer Jennifer Lopez has hinted she would take the American Idol job if it was offered to her.

J-Lo, 41, joked that she wouldn’t mind becoming a judge on the talent competition if a lot of money was involved.
When asked what she would do if Idol offered her $45 million to become a judge, Jennifer told US entertainment Show Extra:

“Well, that’s hard to say no to.
“I’m not greedy, I’m not greedy, I’m not greedy!” 

It has been a busy couple of days at the Idol camp.
Ellen DeGeneres, 52, announced yesterday that she was leaving the talent competition after just one season.

And reports have surfaced that Kara DioGuardi, 39, has allegedly been fired from the show.

Lindsay Lohan’s Next Stop?

It’s being reported by TMZ.com that Lindsay Lohan will be heading to a rehab center in Newport Beach once she is released from jail.

It’s been thought that Lohan was missing her family so much that she was hoping to spend time with them before doing her mandatory 90-day sentence in rehab once she leaves Lynnwood Correctional Facility. But it looks like she is scheduled to appear at the rehab center 24-hours once she walks free.

That should give her some time with her family before parting ways once again.

Snookie was handcuffed and put into the back seat of a police car in Seaside Heights as filming continues on Jersey Shore.

Snookie was seen on the beach with her friends JWoww and Deena and she was reportedly having trouble walking back to the beach. Cops stepped in and walked the reality star to a cop car and handcuffed her and took her in.

They’ve only been dating since March but apparently it didn’t take long for
Peaches Geld-off and Eli Roth to decide they wanted to spend the rest of their
lives together. 

That’s right…they’re getting married!

The English Model and her new fiancé don’t plan on wasting
any time either.

Peaches and Eli reportedly have their hearts set on exchanging vows on a
Manhattan rooftop as early as January in front of around 50 guests.

And in keeping with Eli’s family faith, it is to be a
traditional Jewish ceremony.

Friends of the couple say despite their speedy engagement,
this is the ‘real deal’ and they wouldn’t be surprised if they started a family
together very soon.

Sources say the two were hoping to keep the whole thing a
secret…but don’t they know there’s no such thing as a secret in
Hollywood?

This will be the second wedding for Peaches, whose marriage
to musician Max Drummey in 2008 lasted only 7 months.
