The latest star caught by our cameras is Christina Aguilera, who we spotted doing some heavy hand holding with rumored new beau Matt Rutler.

According to sources, the singer is so serious about Rutler she went to Rhode Island with him to meet his family over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, including mom Kathleen, who vehemently denied her son was dating Aguilera just weeks ago.

Believe me now, mom??

X-Tina, who filed for divorce from husband Jordan Bratman after five years just last month, met Rutler on the set of Burlesque while he was working as a production assistant.

Friends close to the star claim the two are taking it slow…

But meeting the mom says otherwise.
