In the wake of Billy Ray Cyrus filing for divorce from his wife Tish, 17-year-old Miley Cyrus is reportedly not leaning towards the side of either parent while the family trudges through the conflict.
It’s being reported that the pop star has been upset over the situation, yet she continues to focus on her career, traveling to Spain for her anticipated performance at the upcoming MTV European Music Awards.
Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus have made their separate ways across the country though, attending to personal and professional matters in Nashville, Tenn. and Indianapolis.
The Cyrus family reportedly intends on keeping matters private as they work through the divorce proceedings, including the desired shared custody of their minor children, Miley (who turns 18 on Nov. 23), Braison, 16; and Noah, 10.

She filed in CA so you know she’s trying to rob him blind. Hollywood tried so hard to make them interesting, but no go. He look like somebody’s grandma and she has not talent. I really don’t know why they felt the need to get married in a castle when it was obvious from jump that he only married her because she WAS famous. NBA players have been known to do that. He never drooled over her the way she did over him. It was all for the attention…oh well
