In a war of beauty, Joan
Collins has promoted Angelina Jolie to screen goddess and scorned her biggest
rival Jennifer Aniston as “cute, but I wouldn’t call her beautiful.”

Ouch!

In her new Hello Magazine interview she added Aniston was no Ava
Gardner or Lana Turner referring to the screen beauties of the nineteen
forties.

Movie fans are starved of
gorgeous people to idolize says Joan and the seventy seven year old thinks
Angelina Jolie is the only good-looking actress on the silver screen these
days.

Starved? Perhaps she should
go to the movies more often and soak up the elegance of Natalie Portman, Megan
Fox and Scarlet Johansson for an eyeful of talent.

In the meantime, we think
cute cuts it.
