America’s Sweetheart Sandra Bullock is finding herself in legal trouble…

Well, sort of…

So here’s what happened:

Jesse James’ ex-wife Janine Lindemulder was talking with daughter Sunny about the concept of lying when the 6–year-old child revealed Bullock had told her the reason Lindemulder went to jail was because she lied to police.

We think “lying” is much easier to explain to a child than tax evasion.

But the porn star disagreed and has filed legal papers accusing Bullock of bad mouthing her to her daughter and calling her a liar.

James and Bullock, who were granted full custody of Sunny back in 2009 during Lindemulder’s incarceration, have since been involved in a bitter custody battle for the child and increased child support.

A lawsuit against the woman who took care of your child while you were in jail?
