If you thought Lady Gaga’s New Year’s party, performance, and vacation extravaganza was going to be downright mellow, um, where have you been over the last year?

In between flipping off the paparazzi? God? The world? Hitting the stage with some unreal neon hair and performing in her underwear, the “Poker Face” singer also managed to flash her panties and stroll through the Miami nightclub with some fake blood (we hope) pouring out of her neck.

Looks like Lady Gaga and 2010 are off to a great start!
