I know it's a little blurry but it is still a nipple and more importantly it's Monica Bellucci's nipple.

She is vacationing in Ponza, an island off the coast of Italy so hopefully we'll get some better pictures of her sunbathing topless since she's in the European bracket of my Celebrity T&A fantasy league (along with Audrey Tautou). You get points whenever a celebrity you've chosen wears a see-through shirt, slips a nipple, sunbathes topless or inadvertently exposes herself.
 
Creepy? Yes. More rewarding than fantasy baseball? Hell yes.
