Frosty Lily Allen Nips Out On Her Birthday!

It may be pop star Lily Allen's 23rd birthday, but that didn't stop the singer from exhubing a hint of frostiness this afternoon as she greeted the paps on her doorstep. Oddly there were no complaints from our photographers, because unknown to the newbie blonde her 'chilly' mood actually raised a few smiles of her own.
Splash spied the popular singer as she left her home in east London and made her way to a cafe, but as you can see as they snapped away it wasn't her washed out hair or her pale face the photographers noted. I wonder if she got a discount on her lunch?
