why is she in long sleeves and a coat and Suri in a sleeveless sundress with no shoes? I'm just saying............

Suri is 2...she needs to get rid of the bottle and the blanket. Also, let the kid walk every now and then. Every picture I see of her she is being carried. I'm sure it's a safety thing (lots of people always around them) but seriously, can this kid walk on her own?
