This just reinforces my belief that the only people who wear white on a consistent basis (I'm not talking about the odd white button down shirt or your socks) are celebrities and people in Miami. Celebrities only wear things once so they don't care if it gets dirty and people in Miami spend 60% of their time in speedos.

David Beckham is currently training with the England football team in the Caribbean island of Trinidad. When he heard the news that the squad would be training there, David became dismayed, as he doesn't speak "Trinidadian"*.

 

England recently beat the USA 2-0 in a friendly soccer/football game. When asked to comment on this victory, David said "well it was a good game and I felt the Usacans played their best football, but fortunately 2 is more than 0".

What would seem like an extraordinary day to us mere mortals (well maybe not celeb bloggers, but everyone else) was just a typical day for Amy Brandyhouse. She left her home in Camden happily enough to go and visit husband Blake in jail. Amy Vodkahouse then returned home looking angry, dished out a few blows to waiting photographers and then started banging on her door. After spending about 5 minutes in her house, Amy Ginhouse left to catch a helicopter, feeling much happier.

 

I love Amy Whiskyhouse. She is madder than a box full of monkeys fighting over the last banana with a starved crocodile thrown into it. She is the British Britney Spears, but with extra drugs and less chicken fat.

 

We can only hope Amy Beerhouse was not flying that helicopter.

Since I have better things to do than watch a bunch of women pretend that age hasn't gotten the best of them (like reorganizing my sock drawer and checking my balls for testicular cancer), I won't be standing in line with my bestest girlfriends discussing which character I live vicariously through to escape the awful life of being a poorly paid secretary stuck in an abusive marriage with three ungrateful kids.

A construction crane collapsed in New York's Upper East Side this morning and at least 2 people have been killed, including the crane's cab operator. Over 100 fire-fighters rushed to East 91st Street to try and deal with this terrible incident.

 

The crane had toppled into a nearby apartment block causing extensive damage. The crane was part of the construction for a new high-rise called the Azure. 

 

On March 15 of this year, 7 people were killed when another NY construction crane destoyed a four storey town house.
