Muscle bound Matthew McConaughey doesn't take his exercise regime lightly - quite literally! Splash spied the fitness fanatic as he trained with his instructor in Malibu wearing a weighted black vest. This isn't the first time we have snapped Matthew with his heavy pack on, and it's left us wondering - is this a sympathy vest for his pregnant girlfriend Camilla Alves!?
Note to Matthew: Next time job without your t-shirt on, some of us have a day of work to get through!!

Peace, love and sunshine, that looked like Kate's moto yesterday as she exited her friends North London home with a hippy shake. The popular model, whose currently dating Kills rocker Jamie Hince had been spied earlier in the day trying on dresses before heading over to her pals flat. She had arrived in a grey t-shirt, but I guess a girlie afternoon turned into a girlie wardrobe swap, and the starlet left in a flowing white smock. Another chilled day for Miss Moss.
UPDATE: After speaking to our paps it actually turns out, Kate had been trying on dresses in the house she's featured leaving, and could be seen through a second floor window trying various items on. And had spent her morning in the pub.
