Patrick Swayze had commented that he is responded well to the treatment for pancreatic cancer. Even though he is fully aware of his diagnosis for the potentially fatal disease he has remained upbeat and optimistic. The 55 year old actor had been treated at the Stanford University Medical Center in LA.

 

Swayze told "People" magazine that he and his wife Lisa were "enjoying the arrival of spring and new baby calves".

 

It is inspiring to see how Swayze has responded to his terrible situation. There is never anything funny that can be said about cancer, it is the most arbitary and cruel disease. Splash News feels Swayze is a credit to an acting community that at times is all too shallow.

Kirsten Dunst is refuting rumors that she entered a Utah rehab center due to a drug or alcohol addiction, saying that her month long stay was due to her battle with depression.

"I didn't go to Cirque Lodge for alcohol abuse or drug abuse," Kirsten told E!. "I went there for depression... I was struggling, and I had the opportunity to go somewhere and take care of myself."

Way to kill any street cred you may have earned there Kirsten by pulling the "whoa is me" card. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself you should have gotten that snaggle tooth fixed, taken some acting lessons, and visited a homeless shelter to see how f*cking rich and privileged you are.

"Marie Antoinette" was the most boring movie I have ever been forced to sit through (things you do to impress chicks) but there was no need to go to rehab over it. Miss Coppola didn't.

It was as though the princesses had finally earned their welcome home ball, as the four Sex In The City girls shimmered on to the NYC red carpet in an array of gorgeous golds and shiny silvers. Predictably, Sarah Jessica Parkers alter ego Carrie Bradshaw stole the show with her voluptuous display of reflective layers, in a dress designed by Nina Ricci. 

Although Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall also chose similar outfits, Cynthia Nixon stood out some what in her choice of white. Either way it was a chic effort and we're just glad to see her cleavage appeared a little more at home in this number (remember her gaping breasts at the London premiere?).
