Dr. Daniel Serrano, the plastic surgeon who allegedly injected celebs like Priscilla Presley with motor oil, could be deported shortly. Serrano, originally from Argentina, has now been arrested by immigration just a week after being released from jail after serving 15 months for importing and distributing a non-FDA drug that was a micture of collagen and tiny beads.
