I thought that Miley Cyrus was checking out possible colleges when I saw her over at UCLA-- but no worries, she's simply leaving the UCLA campus after have a rehearsal for the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards at the Pauley Pavilion. Miley was looking just as cheerful as ever in Westwood-- sometimes I wish that she'd just look a little less excitable occasionally. (Saccharin sweetness gives me a toothache sometimes.)
