Madonna recently admitted that before she adopted her son, her geographic knowledge of Africa was less than amazing, and she even had to look Malawi up on a map. The singer recently spoke with Interview mag and departing Editor Ingrid Sischy, in which she talks about Malawi, her upcoming documentary, her new album, and her children. Her film on Africa starts with a woman contacting her out of the blue and asking her to help Malawi, and Sischy asked about the scene where Madonna gets acquainted with Africa's lesser known countries. A woman unexpectedly contacts her to aid Malawi, and "You say that you felt embarrassed because you didn't know where [it] was," Sischy said.
