Today Good Charlotte rocker and twin Joel Madden is celebrating his 30th birthday. Congratulations. It will be a double celebration for the family because on the same day daughter Harlow Winter Kate is turning a tiny 2 months old! (When they're that age, every month counts). Yesterday we spied her equally tiny Mum, Nicole Richie, getting ready for the big day. In a loose fitting dress and sandals, Nicole stopped at a party supply store called "Party Paper Life" in Beverly Hills. There she appeared to enjoy picking out 'over the hill' plates and napkins, and a bunch of balloons bearing 30 on them. Earlier she had been seen on Melrose Avenue in a men's clothing store. Watch the video to see the crazy media scrum. I wonder what Paris Hilton bought Benji Madden?

This worthy charity, based in the UK, have teamed up with Leona Lewis and iconic fashion designer Roberto Cavalli to give you the chance to bid for this one off dress. Leona wore this stunning gown as this years Brit Awards 2008, where she performed her hot single 'Bleeding Love'. The Cavalli team worked for nearly 50 hours non-stop to make and embroider the dress from over 55 metres of materials including taffetas and tulle, the bodice - hand encrusted with thousands of Swarovski crystals. Roberto Cavalli said;

“It’s been a great pleasure, for me to work with Leona Lewis right from the start. She has an incredible voice, beautiful eyes, and a fresh and positive attitude. Her stellar, instant success is the proof that real talent still counts. Leona is becoming a role model, her fame is all about strong will and hard work. I’m happy that a dress I have created for her for an important occasion, is now being auctioned for a charity. It’s a sign of her great generosity and I’m proud that the name Roberto Cavalli is linked to it.”

Britney Spears is set to make a guest appearance in a US television sitcom. The troubled singer is "in talks" to appear in the primetime CBS show, How I Met Your Mother, sources have said. It is not clear what role Britney would play or when the episode would be broadcast. Although according to one US report, a source close to the series said it would be taped this week and would be broadcast on 24 March. The source also said that Spears will share scenes with the show's star, Josh Radnor, playing a woman who works in a doctor's office and who falls for him. Victoria Beckham is set to launch a line of baggy jeans for men! The former Spice Girl said she will release the new collection in August, and has revealed the jeans 'have' to be baggy,

"I think guys should wear jeans big and baggy, with a big pair of boots or flip-flops-exactly how you see David when he's out in his jeans and T-shirt. Do not pull them up tight and have your bulge showing. Let it hang!" "These are not skinny jeans. They are what I call proper men's jeans. If you are a man that likes really skinny jeans, very fashiony, this isn't really the line for you. I didn't want anything too tight around the crotch. That really repulses me. It might be fashionable, but you are not going to get that from dVb."

The jeans will come out as part of Beckham's dVb label. A brand she had printed on her towels for years before using it for her fashion label. She told men's fashion website DNR:

"I'm a complete control freak and I want everything to be perfect. I'm not doing a Britney Spears and just putting my name on something and saying, 'Sell this perfume.' This is a real passion of mine. People think all I do is go shopping like a miserable cow, but, in actual fact, I work bloody hard." "I'm so grateful to the fashion industry for giving me an opportunity. I've got a long way to go. It's a great big ladder and I'm right at the bottom, but this is what I want to be doing 20 years from now."

Dye Isla's hair blonde, and I could have been fooled into thinking that this was Paris Hilton on a night out. But thankfully, for Fisher, this wardrobe shocker is actually for a scene in her next movie 'Confessions of a Shopaholic'. While filming in New York City Isla has found herself in array of colourful outfits, as she has thrown herself into the role of a rich college graduate who loves to shop (predictable plot alert!). And I am guessing by the following quote I dug up, that beau Sacha Baron Cohen is at home holding the baby. Isla was once quoted saying: "I love the power women have.
