Lindsay Lohan has said she won't appear in her mum's new reality TV series, it was claimed today. The Mean Girls star was overheard telling pals she wants no part of the upcoming show about her famous family, which is due to start filming next week. A source said: "Lindsay was overheard telling a friend she won't be on it." Mum Dina Lohan signed a deal with television network E! Reality to produce the new show, "Living Lohan", and it's said to be a fly-on-the-wall look at the family's life. Boring. It stars Lindsay's 14-year-old sister, Ali, and is expected to feature her brother Dakota, 11. Filming is set to begin this month in New York, and it comes amid reports the now-sober Lindsay has warned her young sister not to follow in her footsteps. TMZ has just dropped a whopper! According to US reports, two men have been arrested on the roof top of Kate Hudson's home in New York City. The two males, one armed with a camera and the other with an unloaded gun, claimed to be filming a movie, but they raised enough concern that worried neighbors called the cops. Only just last night, Hudson was dining at New York's current eatery hot spot, The Waverly Inn. In black trousers, heels, and a cosy patterned white coat the actress kept her head down as she arrived and exited the restaurant. Perhaps she didn't leave enough of a tip, thus the roof callers?
