Britney Spears has reportedly confessed to pals: "I hate my life." Sources say the troubled chart star is bored of being stuck indoors, after dad Jamie ordered her to stay out of the limelight in a last-gasp bid to help her get better. Much to the singers disappointment, he has told her she can't go to nightclubs or hang out with her paparazzi pals. But according to reports, the restrictions are driving Brit crazy and she is desperate to leave her home. A friend of the Toxic star said that Britney recently sent a text message to them saying:
"I'm so bored. I hate my life. They keep taking my phone away. If my dad knows I'm talking to you he's going to be upset."
Dad Jamie Spears won control of his famous daughter's multi-million dollar estate earlier this month, and he vowed to help his daughter, after she spent time in a US psychiatric ward at the start of the year. But friends say, a typical day of Britney's involves spending hours alone in her bedroom.
A frequent visitor to the home told how it was "like a princess' room with several walk-in closets and a spa tub, plus a long counter where she used to keep all her wigs. Apparently Jamie stays in a room downstairs and leaves his daughter alone when she's in her private suite, while Brit spends hours in front of the mirror trying on different outfits.
"Changing clothes all day long must seem harmless enough, so her dad doesn't interfere with that. She'll change three or four times on days when she's not leaving the house."
"Her life may seem out of control, but the inside of her house is very ordered. She's very clean and has no clutter. [But] she seems to genuinely miss the craziness. Sad as it is, she loved that life."

Britney Spears' kids could be uprooted to the opposite side of the US, if ex-hubby Kevin Federline gets his Broadway dream. The former back-up dancer and aspiring hip-hop artist is in talks about making his stage debut in Legally Blonde, according to one US magazine.
As he has physical custody of their two sons, Sean (2) and Jayden (18 months), both could be joining him in the September move from Los Angeles to New York. K-Fed, who is presently and very publicly fighting a bitter custody battle with Britney, is said to be "excited" about being involved in the musical adaptation of the hit movie, which starred Hollywood hottie Reese Witherspoon.
According to his other ex Shar Jackson, he is now launching into an exercise regime to get stage-fit after recently piling on the pounds. He's set to test his singing and dancing skills in a trio of roles in the show, including one as a postman, and what's more, despite K-Fed's ugly battle with Britney, her parents are reportedly supporting his dreams.
"This is his chance to show the world what he can do," said one close friend. "This is his dream and he wants to bring the kids with him. Jamie and Lynne Spears have promised to help him make it work." And, K-Fed may not be the only star hitting Broadway - new mum Nicole Richie has been also reportedly approached to star in Chicago.

A cold and almost unrecognisable Scarlett Johansson made her directorial debut yesterday in Brooklyn New York City. The actress, who is a known paparazzi hater, was wrapped from tip to toe as she worked with her fellow crew members on location. This short film, called 'New York I Love You', will star Kevin Bacon. Lets hope she'll be taken more seriously than Madonna!

Isla Fisher and Hugh Dancy (real-life boyfriend of Claire Danes) got down to some serious smooching on the set of "Confessions of a Shopaholic" yesterday. Continuing on from earlier scenes, Isla still pranced about in her colorful frock, that wouldn't be misplaced on Carrie in Sex and the City. Whilst filming, Isla tried to suppress a few yawns, but once it came around to the big kiss, the duo were all smiles.

First Michael Lohan somehow wrangled a table and now former actor and current Christian evangelist/nutcase Stephen Baldwin managed to enter the celeb friendly and hallowed ground of the 'Waverly Inn.'
Well 'Waverly,' it was a nice run while it lasted. Best of luck serving the Z-listers and worst of all, us norms.

Undercover hottie and Trump spawn Ivanka claims she's avoided the pitfalls of fame because of her work ethic.
“I have no interest in dancing on a table at 2 in the morning on a Wednesday, because I want to be in the office on Thursday morning,†she tells TV Guide.
Damn't! Why do the hot ones always have to be just that much smarter than skanks like Paris Hilton? I sure as hell would rather look at pictures of her dancing on tables than Paris any day. Wouldn't you?
