Britney Spears has been ordered to pay $375,000 of Kevin Federline's legal bills in their custody case. The pop star's lawyer, Stacy Phillips, complained last week that Spears had been overcharged by Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and requested that her ex contribute to her own legal fees. But the Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon called it "reasonable" to make Spears pay so much because "the actions of [Spears] caused the great majority of litigation." In addition, the court favored Federline due to his "responsibility for the care and custody of the children during this period as a result of the conduct of the petitioner [Britney]." Federline had declared in court papers that he has no steady income, but Britney Spears makes more than $700,000 per month.

A rare self-portrait worth one million dollars has been unveiled to reveal a unique insight into Lennon's early years as the Beatles frontman. Lennon finished this one-off painting when studying at Liverpool College of Art right before forming The Beatles with original Beatles bassist Stuart Sutcliffe. These beautiful Cruz sisters, Penelope and Monica, were seen presenting their latest collection for Mango stores in Madrid. Although there definitely were some "Dead Eye" moments as the two seemed to pose forever on the red carpet, the sisters looked pleased to present the vibrant collection and to be in each other's company. They really look alike! Monica is rocking that romper like nobody's business, is she not?

Helen Mirren, even at 62, is hot enough that she gets to talk about the "sex symbol" thing, even though it is in retrospect. This self-proclaimed "incredibly serious Shakespearean actress" dished to More magazine that the whole "being sexy" thing can be a real pain:

"Sexuality for girls is so complex and tricky. I was never beautiful, but as a young woman, beautiful or not is sort of irrelevant. Being a sexual object is mortifying and irritating, yet it's giving you power-an awful power that you've done nothing to deserve, a powerless power. I think some young women fall in love with that power, and it's really objectifying. And when it starts falling away, it's an incredible relief."

The last time I saw Charlotte Church, she was looking super unenthused, with horrid roots. It looks like things are getting better: she's got her hair sorted, her wardrobe back together, and she's looking very much in shape. Congrats, Charlotte, for having a kid and still getting out-- and not looking miserable anymore. Charlotte was spotted watching her partner Gavin Henson playing rugby for Wales in the Grand Slam decider against the French. Does the photo of Gavin creep anyone else out, or is it just me?
