Movie beauty Jessica Biel has gone back to her roots after giving up her recent platinum blonde look. The sexy star showed she's brunette again as she walked her dog in Brentwood, California. Jessica went blonde early this year for a film role.
But her new hairdo got mixed reviews - and now it seems she had also had enough of it too.

Jessica Alba appeared, sadly, very unimpressed when she found out the the paparazzi had come to join her on her relaxing day out. The known camera hater hid herself from view by pulling her white hood over her cap while she had her nails attended to, in Nail Design, Beverly Hills. As the actress walked back to her car, she kept her head down and remained on the phone. But, we're just happy to see that Mum and bump are doing well, maybe we'll get a smile next time.

Lindsay Lohan has allegedly thrown a tantrum after she was asked to promote her rival Paris Hilton's fashion line. According to reports, Lohan had originally agreed to appear at the event to help push the Scandinavian Style Mansion in Los Angeles (pictured above), but when she arrived at the glitzy event, she discovered she would actually be helping promote Hilton's own accessories line.
Like a red rag to a bull, the predictably unimpressed Lohan then ordered her flacks to have all of the adverts with Hilton's name on them removed, it was claimed. "Why would Lindsay ever walk down a carpet of another celebrity's fashion line when she was never told before the event?" a pal told Life & Style magazine.
Lohan's representatives have since said that the star did received an apology from event organizers. But Claus Hjelmbak, owner of the Scandinavian Style Mansion, was less than impressed. "The drama was unnecessary," he told Life & style. Somehow I think this is the kind of publicity Claus was aiming for.

While the search for Madeleine McCann briefly lulled from our television sets and magazine covers, behind closed doors, the parents of the missing child were fighting a long and separate battle in the courts. Their plight? To obtain an apology from the UK's media for a 100 plus inaccurate articles claiming the couple had caused the death of young Maddy.
Today, in a landmark case, Kate and Jerry McCann found their names back in the limelight as they won their case against the Express newspapers. Not only will the couple receive a public apology, in the form of half page spreads, but they have also received £550,000 for the Find Madeleine Fund. A spokesman for the family said:
"It is fitting the search for Madeleine will benefit from the wrongs that have been committed against us, her parents. Express newspapers rightly acknowledge they ran stories with absolutely no evidence. [The Express had] the worse track record, with a number of headlines seeing libellous statements and false claims repeated".
"The sustained run of defamation by the group caused great distress, not just for Gerry and Kate, but for their family [and] provided an absolute distraction to the search to find Madeleine."

A $1000 arrest warrant has been issued for 'Transformers' star Shia LaBeouf after he did not appear in court this morning in connection with his February 18th citation in Burbank, California for unlawful smoking.
Burbank recently banned smoking in the downtown area. Yes, in the outdoor areas of downtown that include:
All city parks
Within 20 feet of all entrances, exits, and open windows of buildings open to the public
All sidewalks and pedestrian areas in Downtown Burbank and all areas within 5 feet
Chandler Bikeway and all public areas within 20 feet
Outdoor dining areas and all areas within 5 feet
Outdoor waiting lines and service areas and all areas within 20 feet
Outdoor gathering places and event areas and all areas within 20 feet
City transit vehicles and station platforms and all areas within 20 feet of station platforms
Pedestrian areas at outdoor shopping areas and centers and all areas within 20 feet
All elevators
Any area designated as non-smoking by the property owner or business
Indoor common areas of multifamily residential projects and outdoor common areas within 5 feet of entrances, exits, walkways
It is probably easier to build a strip club in downtown Burbank than it is to light up a smoke.
