The toned singer has probably earned those cups of java-- she's certainly been working out and it's paying off. Those light blue sweatpants might look a little stifling in the L.A. sun, but she looks incredible and that's what counts. Mel managed not to spill or drop her phone on her way to the car.

Legendary rock man Rod Stewart has insisted that there are no grounds to keep him as a defendant in a lawsuit against his son Sean in a current court battle. Rod has been questioning why he has been pulled into an issue regarding a man who claims Sean had assaulted him more than two years ago in a Hollywood club. Daniel Refoua is currently suing Sean Stewart over assault, battery, false imprisonment, negligence, and intentional affliction of emotional distress.
