Holy Crap Update: Sambora's 10-year-old daughter, Ava was allegedly in the car when he was pulled over by Laguna Beach police along with another child and adult. If this is true, Sambora could be charged with criminal child endangerment. Richie Sambora was arrested in Laguna Beach, CA monday night on suspicion of driving under the influence. The Bon Jovi guitarist was spotted driving erratically in a black hummer before being pulled over. He failed several field sobriety tests and refused a breathalyzer, opting for the blood test instead. I don't know why but I have a feeling Denise Richards is behind this. I know the guy has struggled with his sobriety but Denise has gone out of her way to make ex-husband Charlie Sheen look worse than he really is so why wouldn't she make Sambora's life a living hell also? She's not above exploiting her kids to get a reality show deal so why not introduce the dui ex-boyfriend for a bump in the ratings?
