According to In Touch Weekly Jessica Simpson has been hospitalized with a small kidney infection.

"She checked in on Friday morning because she was feeling achy and had a fever."

A source said the singer is doing well and was expected to be released from Cedars-Sinai tomorrow morning. When not pointing me in the direction of "a good time" or detailing the sexual exploits of the bartenders, the bathroom wall of my local dive bar says that kidney infections are caused by having too much sex. And seriously, is bathroom graffiti ever wrong? Well except for maybe that one time when "Robin" turned out to be more of a "Rob" but still, I was promised a good time and he/she/it followed through.

The death of Daniel Smith, Anna Nicole Smith's son, was ruled an accidental drug overdose today. Daniel tragically died in September 2006, just three days after the birth of his sister Dannielynn. Police have said there is no evidence of homicide and according to TMZ Daniel died of "non-dependent drug use" - meaning he was not addicted to what killed him.

Amy Winehouse, looking like a hot mess, visited her husband Blake Fielder-Civil aka her "Blake Incarcerated" in prison today. It was tough day for Blake, not only did he have to look at the scars on Amy's arms but he was allegedly beat up by several other inmates who were convinced he had a private heroin stash and wasn't sharing.
