The death of Daniel Smith, Anna Nicole Smith's son, was ruled an accidental drug overdose today. Daniel tragically died in September 2006, just three days after the birth of his sister Dannielynn. Police have said there is no evidence of homicide and according to TMZ Daniel died of "non-dependent drug use" - meaning he was not addicted to what killed him.
