Rachael Ray was seen here soaking up the sun at an exclusive South Beach event, where she was spotted with husband John Cusimano. She seems to be enjoying herself at the SoBe Food and Wine Festival, although my one wish is that she would keep her mouth closed for a stream of photographs for once. (Although nothing, absolutely nothing, can beat this photo from last year.) Does anyone appreciate seeing her in a low-cut dress? Please do let us know because I, for one, am NOT digging it.
