Paris Hilton reportedly gets paid more than a million dollars by Vegas nightclub Pure to party there throughout the year. According to U.S. reports, she gets paid "upward of $1.2 million a year to host parties and show up." Another top club, LAX, also pays her "a hefty six-figure sum every time she shows up." So why, exactly, was she still pursuing her acting career, then? I guess we do know why the stint in jail was so hard for her after all-- no paychecks if you can't make the rounds!
