Mischa Barton has been formerly charged following her DUI arrest in December. She's been hit four chrages, driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving with a blood alcohol level of above .08%, and possession of marijuana. Barton was arrested on December 27th and after she was released on $10,000 bail she called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show to say she had accepted responsibility for her actions.

"Obviously, I'm 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case, and I'm really disappointed in myself. I don't know what to say about it except I'm not perfect," she said.

Barton is supposed to appear in court tomorrow so expect that "100% responsibility" to become 20% or if she has a good lawyer, zero. More pics after the jump!
