Lindsay Lohan tried her best to hide behind her bag again, but she still had to make her entrance at Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood. I'm not sure what Lindsay's been doing to herself as of late, but she's looking quite old. She's looking haggard & that jacket is not helping!
