The once rude starlet, as seen on the family show 'The Osbourne's', has finally proved she's finally come of age. Kelly was overheard telling off a customer at the night club PUNK in London last night. It all erupted when a guy at the next table asked a waitress rather abruptly to watch his bottle of vodka, Kelly stormed, "Don't speak to her like that!".
