The smoking actress admitted on Oprah yesterday that she felt under pressure to lose weight for her wedding day. "I've never been so paranoid about my weight in my life", she said. "There's something about a wedding dress. I never felt that way on a red carpet. I wear my Spanx, and I want to look my best, and I do what I've got to do, but for some reason that dress just freaked me out."
