Naomi Campbell has been hospitalized in Brazil for the treatment of an infection. Details coming soon... Update 1: Campbell traveled to Brazil to reportedly meet with an infectious disease specialist and was admitted on Sunday to Sao Paulo's Sirio Libanes Hospital and underwent four-and-a-half-hours of surgery on Monday. Update 2: Campbell had a cyst removed and traveled specifically to Brazil to have the operation.

"Following the successful procedure, she is now resting and is looking forward to getting back to work."

Wrapped in a light mac and a purple scarf, photographers asked the Dirt star if she was ready for the cities cold wheather! Although Courteney happily answered the pap questions, she looked a little shocked when one asked her the secret of a successful marriage. She then swiftly entered her awaiting car, with no 'over the shoulder' shots. The former friends star has come to NYC to promote her series Dirt.

She looked relaxed as she arrived dressed down in a pair of black jeans and a loose patterned t-shirt. Fans piled in to see the singer at the Wal-Mart Super Store on Long Island NYC, eager to see the popular sister of the Simpson family.

Paris Hilton may have found herself a new boyfriend, but she is now on the hunt for a new best friend! According to US reports the partying princess is set to star in a new reality television show. The socialite, who previously appeared on The Simple Life with former close pal Nicole Richie, plans to chart her hunt for a new best friend in the as-yet-untitled programme. A source told a US magazine:

"The show is going to be about her searching for a new best friend. Paris is tired of the haters and she's looking for someone new. She's looking for someone new and cool who she can trust."

The project, expected to be picked up by either the MTV or VH1 networks, will be her second foray in reality television. The new show is "going to be full of good chick drama and you will see a side of Paris not seen on Simple Life," added the Source. It comes amid reports Hilton, 27, is dating Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, 28. His brother, Joel Madden, recently had a baby with Nicole Richie. We spotted Paris and Benji shopping together at Fred Segal in West Hollywood on Monday, and photographers reported they were inseperable.

Jennifer Lopez has taken her newborn baby twins home from hospital, according to US reports. The singer, who is being dubbed "J Glow" now that she is a mum, checked out of the New York medical facility where she gave birth yesterday. Lopez was released a little more than three days after becoming a mum. Meanwhile, her friend, film producer Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas has told how delighted Lopez is at being a mum. Ms Goldsmith-Thomas, who produced romantic comedy Maid in Manhattan, told US magazine People:

"She sounds very peaceful and happy and blissful. She said, 'I can't take my eyes off them'."

The couple, who have been married for more than three years, welcomed their new additions, a girl, followed by a boy, shortly after midnight on Friday morning. The 5-pound 7-ounce girl and 6-pound boy were born about 11 minutes apart. They are the first children for Lopez, but Latin music star Anthony has three children from previous relationships. Ms Goldsmith-Thomas added further:

"She and Marc are so ready for a family. They love each other so much and built this beautiful life together. It feels like the only thing missing were these children, and now they have them. She really enjoyed her pregnancy. She has been nesting. And she has been resting, which is different for her.She has really found a balance - before, it was a massive amount of work. Now she is so excited about these babies. Marc and Jennifer are twice blessed and they couldn't be happier."
