I know Melanie Brown is now a resident of sunny California, but did she learn nothing of her time living in the cold, wet and dismal climate of Blighty?
Scary Spice was spotted in a rather inappropriate (merely for the snowy conditions) pair of Christian "holy grail of footwear" Louboutin animal print stiletto boots whilst going shopping with fellow Spice pal, Emma Bunton, hubby Stephen and daughter Angel Iris.
The pair are in Toronto on the final leg of their world tour which was abruptly cancelled last week due to other “commitmentsâ€.
Fans in Australia, Argentina, South Africa and China will miss out on the reunion tour, which is due to end in Toronto on February 26.
Despite citing family commitments as the reason the tour was cut short, sources have told UK tabloid the Daily Mirror that it is down to the two Mel’s wanting to pull out.
"Mel B wasn't having any of it. She misses her husband and children and said she couldn't go on. She's also been flooded with US offers after her success on Dancing With Stars.
"Mel C agreed it was time to call it a day. She was the least excited about it. She also feared it might jeopardise her solo career."
How interesting, the last I heard, Mel C’s last single was going for 50p in the bargain bin at Woolworths.

A host of celebrities gathered in LA on Saturday for a private service for Heath Ledger.
Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Sienna Miller, Ellen DeGeneres and movie director, Todd Haynes were among the names that gathered on the Sony lot to pay their respects to the late Aussie actor.
It's the second LA service in two weeks for Ledger, after relatives and close friends, including ex-girlfriend, Naomi Watts paid tribute to the Brokeback Mountain star at an LA cemetery last week.
Todd Haynes, who directed Ledger in last year's Bob Dylan movie, "I'm Not There" was one of the speakers.
Heath Ledger was found dead in his fourth-floor Broome Street apartment in the Soho neighbourhood of New York City on 22 January.
As yet there has been no conclusive evidence as to what caused the 28-year-old Australian actor’s untimely death.

With a week filled with deaths, hospitalisations and stolen goods, it’s a breath of fresh air to learn that it’s not all doom and gloom for everyone.
It is confirmed that Katharine McPhee has married her producer boyfriend Nick Cokas in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
The American Idol star, 23, and Cokas, 42, exchanged vows at the Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church yesterday at a lavish ceremony.
McPhee was said to have gushed over her man, after the wedding.
"Nick is the love of my life. This is a once in a lifetime occasion and everything is just perfect."
McPhee wore a strapless ivory coloured Manuel Mota gown, matching it with diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and diamond and platinum bracelets from Neil Lane jewels, while Cokas looked dashing in an Armani tuxedo.
Fellow Idol contestants, Kellie Pickler and Mandisa were among the 305 guests invited to the daytime soiree.
The happy couple met in 2005 during a Los Angeles theater production of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir.
They secretly got engaged last year, after Cokas presented McPhee with a platinum and diamond ring.
