Football ace David Beckham has been teased for going to tanning salons and for using a scent smelling of "lavender, puppies and rainbows".David and wife Victoria Beckham have reportedly been going to tanning salons together in L.A., with one insider joking:
"I guess the world's most metrosexual couple believe that spouses who tan together, stay together."
But David was particularly being teased for asking for a special scent in Sunstyle tanning salon in West Hollywood to hide the tanning room smell. The LA Galaxy star tried to slip discreetly out of a booth smelling of "lavender, puppies and rainbows". An insider said: "The beds have a nozzle that sprays you with a scent so you don't leave the booth smelling like charred flesh."
Meanwhile, he is also accused of being "increasingly demanding". Before his trip to Brazil this week, he issued a few ultimatums, according to U.s. websites.
According to one, demands included: "Women couldn't take pictures with him. Men could but couldn't be wearing any type of promotional clothes. The translator had to be a man. "He would only answer eight questions - and questions about his private life or his dismal performance with the LA Galaxy were forbidden."

According to US reports, troubled Britney Spears is being kept in a padded room at her psychiatric hospital. As news surfaces that Britney's stay at the UCLA facility in Los Angeles has been extended for 14 days, a source has revealed that the singer is in a "terrible situation". According to the popular American magazine 'People' the source, who is said to be close to Britney's family, added further:
"Britney is in a padded room. Her family is so worried about her."
Terry K. Wasserman, a veteran L.A. attorney specializing in mental health cases told the magazine that if a patient becomes combative, he or she "could be placed in a 'quiet room,' some of which are padded." He added, "Another possibility is being confined to a bed by leather restraints.
In extreme, life-threatening situations - when the patient is a threat to oneself or medical staff - a psychiatrist can inject a person with psychotropic medication." In addition, "a doctor can force a patient to take prescribed medication. If he or she resists taking the meds, the psychiatrist can obtain authorization to forcefully medicate the person - but only after a hearing on the matter takes place."
But the decision to prolong the singers stay could only have been taken by her psychiatrist, according to reports, and she could be out earlier if she legally demands to be released or her doctor finds her to be well enough for outpatient treatment.
The magazine also reported that, according to the facility's bill of rights, she is allowed to wear her own clothes and keep personal possessions such as toiletries. She may also make and receive personal phone calls, but not on her cell phone - she would have to use one on a corridor.

I thought that Rose McGowan had hit a lull until I saw these fun candids of her with a mysteriously angry dog outside of the Bryant Park fashion tents. When Rose went over to give the little pup a pet, it started to growl at her=-- hence the feigned shock! I guess she didn't expect him to be so angry with all the beautiful people around.
I agree with Chris--
Rose has been looking amazing.

Joss Stone looked super-pleased with all the attention she was receiving when she hit the arrivals area at the Herve Leger show this weekend! When we stopped by the Fall 2008 show in New York, Joss strutted her stuff and got flirty with the cameras. She looks far more radiant than her purple-hair phase and could even be swapped for one of the models buzzing around Fashion Week in Manhattan this weekend.
Too bad Lindsay
stole this look last year.
