Reports have surfaced in the US that young Shiloh has been forced to live in doors, due to a threatening letter. The shocking story, which features in this weeks Life & Style reveals that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have upped the security around their home and their children to shocking degrees. An insider close to the couple said:

"“Someone got to their doorstep and left a threat against Shiloh. The person included a photo of Shiloh and a note that read, ‘We got this close already. “They’re freaked out. Shiloh has somebody protecting her 24-7, and Brad and Angie are trying to avoid taking her out of the house.”

Celebrities continually find themselves having to be security conscious, but the revelation that the Jolie-Pitts have "motion tracker" and a "security control room" is shocking. The family must be in constant fear. Especially as last year the couple had shots fired outside their Los Feliz home, where one of there cars were hit. the insider added further,

"[The house] is like a fortress now. Infrared cameras cover every square inch of the grounds.”

As well as Shiloh, the couple have three other children, Maddox, six, Pax, four, and Zahara, three. Also the 'Mighty Heart' actress is rumoured to be several months' pregnant with twins.

The New York City medical examiner ruled Heath Ledger's death an accident this morning saying the actor died of "acute intoxication" after taking a cocktail of drugs.

"Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine," said New York Chief Medical Examiner Charles Hirsch. "We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications."

Ledger's family along with Michelle Williams have arrived back in Australia for his funeral.

Britney Spears' self-styled manager Sam Lutfi is trying to sell his story to US TV networks now he was frozen out of the troubled singer's life. Lutfi hopes to land a big pay deal from the interview, in which he is expected to reveal the star's darkest secrets (what about his own?). A television insider told a celebrity website:

"He's already reached out to a few of the entertainment news shows. He's trying to broker the best deal."

It comes amid claims Lutfi drugged the chart star and as a result had the power to parade her in front of the paparazzi. While a restraining order has since been taken out against Lufti, Spears' on-off photographer boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has already sold his story to two US television shows. Meanwhile, a new Rolling Stone magazine interview with Lutfi hit newsstands in the US today (wed). In it he claims to have been making notes for a possible biography on Spears (is going to try and beat Kevin Fedeline's bio?). He told the magazine:

"We've been doing dictation, she's been telling me her story, and I've been writing it all down. It would make a great book!"

Mmmh? If she's been pilling her a** off for god knows how long, I doubt the book makes any sense, let alone has any truth Lufti!!

Splash caught up with singer as she promoted her new DVD 'Back to Basics Live and Down Under' in West Hollywood. This is Christina's first public appearance since the birth of her son Max three weeks ago, but just before this signing she gave a tell all on her new life during a radio interview. She admitted that despite the amazing changes in her life, she was itching to get back to recording and performing.

"This whole incredible thing that's taken part in my life, between the pregnancy and the birth, I've got so much to be inspired about and so much in my life to write about. I've been brain-storming for the last nine months, actually. This next album will have a whole new me, so there's a lot to look forward to."

On her new son she added:

"He's so incredible, it's an unbelievable thing. It's still the first couple of weeks, every week something new happens. It's constant changing and he's constantly changing and doing these incredibly cute things - and stinky things."
