Update 3: Britney has checked into the Beverly Hills Hotel (they haven't banned her yet?). Police are crawling all over the hotel grounds stopping paps and handing out tickets. This feels like the OJ chase all over again. Update 2: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYBODY PANIC!!!!! NOT ONLY IS SHE FREE BUT SHE'S BACK BEHIND THE WHEEL!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Update: TMZ is reporting that Britney is back home and the hospital, feeling that Britney was no longer a threat and under the watchful eye of the conservatorship and her family, has released her. Anyone want to take bets on how many drug stores, gas stations and Starbucks she visits in the next 24-hours because her parents stupidly didn't pile her on a private jet back to Louisiana before everyone discovered she was out? The LA Times is reporting that Britney Spears has been released from UCLA Medical Center today. She reportedly slipped out unnoticed. Say tuned as the LA Times is not known for the Britney coverage and no one saw her leave.

Rehab Gets Another One

After partying in Sundance during the film festival, Kirsten Dunst has decided to check herself into the Cirque Lodge, the same Utah rehab facility that Lindsay Lohan spent several months and is the current home to Eva Mendes.

"She desperately needed help," a source in Utah tells Star. "She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears. "She not in a good place right now, but thankfully, she's getting the help she needs."

Former Miss Nevada Arrested!

Update: Mugshot added and wow does she look rough! Former Miss Nevada Katie Rees was arrested in Las Vegas last night for assualting a police officer.

Rees was arrested Tuesday night. Investigators said officers pulled her over for a traffic violation and when they attempted to arrest her, she began to elbow and kick at the police.

The disgraced former beauty queen is most famously known for being stripped of her crown by Donald Trump after these incredibly damaging (and I must say hot) pictures were released of her and friends kissing and flashing their breasts at a Florida bar. Britney's Secret Breast Implant Surgery

The latest issue of Rolling Stone has Britney Spears on the cover for their story "Inside An American Tragedy," which looks at the circus her life has become and delves into some of the events in her life that have shaped the media's perception of her, one of which was the decision (made by her mom) to have breast implant surgery at such a young age.
According to a source, she and Lynne had made the decision for her to get them, on the assumption that the culture demanded it, but the press leapt on her scornfully. "She regretted the implants, particularly because her chest was still growing. And when her natural breasts became larger, she had the implants removed." Friend Darrin Henson told the magazine: "When other girls did their boobs, they were like, 'Yeah I did my boobs, move on' but Britney was brought up to lie about herself." He added: "The girl doesn't know who she is." Spears, 26, has always denied she was surgically enhanced.
Of all the things Britney should regret, I'd put breast enhancement surgery pretty low on the totem pole. I would probably start with being born into this gravy training family first followed by losing Justin Timberlake and not wearing underwear.

Katherine Heigl and her musician husband Josh Kelley were shocked to see one of their cars had been broken into outside their Hollywood Hills home yesterday afternoon. Luckily for Kelley, the thieves didn't see his guitars in the back seat and only made off with his GPS device. Have you ever tried to drive across Los Angeles at 3AM after answering a Craig's List post offering anonymous sex and "skiing" only to sit on the side of the freeway unable to find the correct page in the Thomas Guide? I would have jacked his GPS too. Way easier than explaining to the cops why I'm only wearing an overcoat, flip-flops, and carrying a bottle of baby lotion.
