Kylie put any rumors about her and ex lover Oliver Martinez on ice last night, as she walked the red carpet to pick up her Woman of the Year award at this years Elle Style Awards in London. Minogue wowed her fellow celebrities by turning up in a green full length Dolce and Gabbana frock. And considering Elle magazine believe their night is "the Oscar's of the fashion world", I'm not surprised to see everyone made a great glitzy effort. Congratualtions Kylie.

Lily Allen certainly gave her ex, Ed Simons, something to think about at last nights 2008 Elle Style Awards in London. She looked amazing as she strutted the red carpet in one of her iconic "resplendent Prada" patterned frocks, and she melted photographers hearts further by replacing her sharp fringe with a more subtle 'up do'.
This is Lily's first appearance since the airing of her new show 'Lily Allen and Friends' on BBC3. Although the show doesn't appear to be winning fans over, it's certainly keeping the singer in the limelight. Miss Allen wasn't the only celeb attending what has been quoted as the best Party of London Fashion Week, click the thumbnails below to see:

I have already highlighted Kate Hudson's excessive energy and success at being a top Mum and Hollywood icon. But she continues to be ever present in the celebrity party scene. This is Kate's diary highlights over the last 12 days, and it's pretty good going:
The Bafta Awards - Calvin Klein after party - Dinner at Waverly Inn - Today Show appearance - Late Show with David Letterman appearance - Madonna's UNICEF bash - MTV's Total Request appearance - Fools Gold L.A premiere.
And last night was no exception. Miss Hudson flew over to London to join pal Stella McCartney at the 2008 Elle Style Awards, and also picked up her award for Style Icon of 2008. Well done miss.

You know your fighting for publicity when agree to open a sushi restaurant. And you know you're probably fighting for your dignity when your the only 'celebrity' that turns up. I'm not sure which photographs are worse. Janice Dickinson on Hadaka's red carpet or that poor woman modeling sushi naked (merely known as 'sushi girl')!

TMZ just broke that story that litle Barron Hilton called Paris and asked that she bail him out of jail today after his DUI arrest. Like the big sister she is, Paris said no, supposedly telling Barron "you're going to learn your lesson."
Because the amount of irony in that statement would cause the universe to implode, I think someone is trying to cover for Paris by lying to TMZ. She was rumored to be on her way to Las Vegas today to continue the week long ego-massage that is her birthday celebration and nothing gets in the way of Paris celebrating Paris.
I'm 99% sure the answer Barron got from her this morning was "Like, I'm totally sorry, but you know that it's like my birthday week and I'm on my way to Vegas and like it would be totally not hot to turn around and bail you out. Byeeeeeeeeeee."
The remaining 1% is just me hedging my bets on how many "likes" were used in the conversation.
