Actress Lindsay Lohan has paid homage to Marilyn Monroe in a sexy shoot for New York magazine by recreating the late star's final nude photo shoot. Lohan bravely striped off, and only donned a blonde Marilyn wig and a see through pink scarf The photographs were taken by famed photographer Bert Stern, who also shot Monroe's 'The Last Sitting' in 1962. Monroe was found dead from an apparent drugs overdose just six weeks after the famous shoot, and now 46-years later Stern and Lohan have recreated the shots of Monroe. The Bad Girls star told the magazine that she is a huge Monroe fan, and has even bought an apartment where she once lived.

"If you saw my house, I have a lot of Marilyn stuff. It's eerie because it's this picture of her, and it's kind of cartoony, and there's a big bottle of pills next to her, and they've fallen over. Here is a woman who is giving herself to the public. She's saying, 'Look, you've taken a lot from me, so why don't I give it to you myself.' She's taking control back."

She added that she was 'comfortable' with the nude shoot, but admitted she had done 250 sit ups the night before to prepare.

“I didn’t have to put much thought into it. I mean, Bert Stern? Doing a Marilyn shoot? When is that ever going to come up? It’s really an honor.” "

Gorgeous supermodel Heidi Klum has said she would straighten out troubled Britney Spears if the pop wreck came to live with her. The mum-of-three says her family would open their home in Beverly Hills to Spears to help her get her life back on track. Klum spoke out on German TV in an interview:

"She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months. I would help set her straight. I am sorry when a young person gets thrown so off track. She has, of course, lived an extremely wild life."

The Rolling Stones have spoken out, warning troubled singer Amy Winehouse to ditch the drugs. Keith Richard in particular, the most notorious Stone, has told the Grammy winner "ditch the drugs or you'll end up looking like me". The legendary rockers, Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood and Charlie are all clean living now, but have all had a past of excess. Lead singer Jagger says:

“I’m worried she might die if she goes further down the road that she has taken. When we were experimenting with drugs, little was known about the effects. In our time there were no rehab centres. Anyway, I did not know about them.”

The Stones’ ex-manager, Andrew Oldham said:

“People might think this is rich coming from them. We took drugs but when it interfered with work we said goodbye.”

Heather may have 'won' in the high courts, but I don't think her antics over the last two years would have won her any hearts. But it appears Miss Mills is hoping otherwise. The over night multi millionaire is seeking a life long partner, now she is free from Paul McCartney. She has called upon close pals, family and her fitness instructor to reign in the right man. She has asked, that he must be between 40-60, must NOT be a gold digger, and must be a vegetarian. Most importantly of all, he must believe her campaign of landmines and animal cruelty (like Paul did). Her friend said:

"It must all seem rather early for Heather to be planning a manhunt. But in her mind, she has been lonely and without a partner for two years and unable to have any romantic entanglements since that time. She is thrilled by the signing of the divorce and wants to start her new life as soon as possible. But she doesn't just want some random bloke off the street. Basically she wants a mature man - perhaps an American - who is worth at least as much as she is. She wants a philanthropist who can be at her side when she is travelling the world campaigning and support her with her charities. She would even have another baby if the man is right. Though she has said she would prefer a man who does not already have children. She did not have the best experiences as a stepmother in her last marriage."

Katherine Heigl's a girl after my own heart. . . when she's not smoking, that is. She took a break from her international promotions circuit in Paris to take a break and do a little shopping with her mother. They really do spend a lot of time together-- how refreshing is that?! The star looked so very European in her shades and long coats this weekend, and Splash ran into her as she popped off into the shops to browse for beauty stuff. Heck, even the smoking looks a little better in France than it does in Los Angeles.

Gabrielle Union deserves her own post due to sheer loveliness! We saw her posing gracefully at the 2nd Annual Jay-Z and LeBron James' Two Kings Dinner presented by Doublemint Gum. The "King of Entertainment" and the "King of Sports" took over the New Orleans' Generations Hall to co-host a power dinner that was made up of both big and little stars out to schmooze, wine, and dine. It looks like Gabrielle was one of them.
