Britney Spears' dad is keeping such a tight watch on his troubled daughter he has hired someone to watch her when she goes to the toilet, according to U.S. reports. Jamie Spears has a small army of staff around to keep an eye on Britney every time she is out in public. He has even ordered them to make sure she stays out of bars and never goes to the bathroom alone.
Reports suggest the situation was blatant when Spears went to new LA restaurant Citrus at Social on Saturday night with her father, a few friends and a woman described as "her chaperone". As pictured above. The group sat at a table to eat, and when she got restless, her bodyguards, stationed at several places throughout the eatery, jumped into action. One onlooker said:
"She continuously got up from the table to go to the bathroom or hang out at the bar and smoke a cigarette. [And] bodyguards followed her to the bathroom and bar."

Jessica Simpson got into the shape of her life for The Dukes of Hazzard, but now it could cost her $10 million! The sexy actress, who is currently dating Tony Romo, filmed a fitness video in 2005 to show how she got into her Daisy Dukes shorts for the hit movie. But she later changed her mind and blocked the tape's release. The result? She is now being sued a staggering $10 million by the company behind it.
In a double whammy for her family, Dad Joe Simpson, also her manager, is now also being sued for $10 million after Jessica refused to settle the lawsuit. The Blonde Ambition star stopped the tape being released after refusing to give final approval, despite reportedly signing a multimillion-dollar contract. Speedfit owner Alex Astilean says, "they are hurting millions of fat people in America." Now I've heard it all.

The Spice Girls ended their concert in New York City with a bang last night in Madison Square Garden. This tour has always been a real a family affair, but this show was a great chance to remind the fans why they are quitting. One by one the famous Spice Girl kiddies and babies, who were all watching from the front row, were pulled onstage during the song Mama.
Mel B's baby Angel Iris Murphy Brown, Emma Bunton's baby Beau, and Geri Halliwell's Bluebell Madonna all wore green headphones, while Victoria's three boys, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz donned red caps and matching t-shirts. Little Cruz Beckham in particular proved that he was the new superstar in the family by wowing the fans with his breakdancing skills.
The youngster, who turns three tomorrow (February 20th), wowed fans by launching into an energetic break-dance routine that included forward rolls and a handstand. One concert-goer at the gig on Monday night said:
"A minute into the song, Cruz started moving a little to the music. And then all of a sudden he started breakdancing - and he was awesome at it. All the girls had to stop singing because they were laughing so hard. He did a little headstand, then even spun on his head a little. They couldn't get him off the stage when the song was over. It was the most adorable thing I've ever seen."
I guess when proud Mum Posh previously described Cruz as "the next Justin Timberlake", she wasn't lying.

Taverna Tony's wasn't the only restaurant to enjoy a hit of celebrity action yesterday. The popular Waverly Inn, in New York City, also has a list of regular Hollywood diners. Late last night Hilary Duff and boyfriend Mike Comrie were spotted leaving after dinner, along with Anne Hathaway, Harvey Weinstein (producer and co-founder of Miramax Films) and his wife Georgina Chapman.
Anne's choice of company was quite intriguing, as The Devil Wears Prada actress has been hanging out a lot lately with the Weinstein's. Photographers reported that earlier she was seen getting out of Harvey's apartment across the street from the Waverly, perhaps she is just making sure she bags another film?

Courteney Cox was spied looking very relaxed as she left Malibu's famous Greek restaurant yesterday afternoon. The 'Dirt' star wore a see through black t-shirt, baggy jeans and sunglasses, as she was escorted out of Taverna Tony's by the one and only Taverna Tony himself. This restaurant, like many in the area, is used to its high class diners, including:
Kid Rock, Anthony Kiedis (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers), Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend, Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib, Gisele Bundchen, Nicollette Sheridan, Naomi Watts, Paris Hilton, Mena Suvari, Matthew McConaughey and Camilla Alves, Pierce Brosnan, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale.
Tony's celebrity following has earned the restaurant "countless accolades in newspaper articles, internet articles and magazine publications on the West Coast, including Vanity Fair, Gourmet Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, L. A. Life Weekend and People Magazine."
