Even though Kevin Federline and his legal team said they would allow Britney Spears supervised visits with her two kids, Jayden James and Sean Preston, the court has ruled that all visitation rights (or lack there of) remain as is. Looks like those little rascals will have to wait a few more weeks to have their baby bottles spiked with soda. In other Britney news, her lawyers Trope and Trope have successfully removed themselves from the case making Stacy Phillips her lawyer. The case is still going for at least another twenty minutes so stay tuned.

Let's be honest, if she does have any drugs or paraphernalia on her, they're probably in her hair. So what does an anorexic crackhead r&b singer need to carry around with her on a daily basis? Pop star Pink and her motocross husband Carey Hart broke the sad news that they are getting divorced in an official statement released by Pink's publicist Michael Schweitzer.

"Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."

Rumors of cheating by both Pink and Carey have been rampant since they were married in 21-months ago and earlier this month Pink was seen getting "hot" with a mysterious woman. Hart was also spotted 2-nights ago at a Las Vegas nightclub without Pink, posing with this chick above. It's about time, pretending to be a woman/straight/in love is exhausting. After a show stopping performance at Madison Square Gardens, a couple of the Spice Girls felt like letting their hair down for the evening. Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice and Emma Bunton aka Baby Spice, were spotted leaving the NYC club Butter with a huge entourage. Damn am I glad to see some bodyguards back in Britney's life again. Look how they organised the crowds when Spears visited her favorite sushi restaurant late last night. The troubled pop star was all smiles as she entered the Mulholland Grill in Los Angeles, and she even said "good thanks" when asked about her health. After dinner the brunette singer looked a bit apprehensive when she saw the mob of photographers waiting for her.
