Proud parents Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have officially adopted little Pax Thien, almost a year after rescuing him from a Vietnamese orphanage. The superstar couple, who have recently been snapped enjoying a family ski holiday in Mammoth, went to LA County Children's Court to appear before a judge who finalised the adoption. Brad and Angelina had to go through a two-step process to formally adopt the four-year-old, who was living in an orphanage in Vietnam when he captured Angelina's heart in March 2007. First the adotption had to be approved in Vietnam and then an LA judge also had to give them the thumbs-up. How could you not to this couple? A rep told how delighted Brad and Angelina celebrated at the courthouse on Wednesday, before Angelina was seen walking out with a teddy bear given to every family that goes to Children's Court by a private foundation. Snoop Dogg has yet again been busted for smoking dope. The rapper, who has never made any secret of his love of weed, was ticketed by police outside a Manhattan nightclub on Wednesday night. Donald Etra, Dogg's lawyer, would not identify the club and New York police could not immediately confirm the incident. Etra insisted:

"He did not get arrested. He received a ticket for possession of marijuana.We are contesting the ticket."

Snoop Dogg, born Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr, has had many brushes with the law since first finding fame, and many of them are drug-related. He is currently on probation for five years following a no-contest plea in April 2007 to marijuana and gun- possession charges after being arrested at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California, in October 2006. In September 2007, he also pleaded guilty to a felony weapons possession charge after a collapsible baton was found in his luggage at an airport in California. He said it was a video prop, but authorities saw it as a dangerous weapon. He was also arrested following a concert in Sweden in March 2007 after cops said he and a woman he was with reeked of marijuana. The 36-year-old rapper was also convicted in 1990 of cocaine possession and charged with gun possession after a 1993 traffic stop. He was acquitted of a murder charge in 1996 after the death of an alleged street-gang member killed by gunfire from the vehicle in which Dogg was riding. On April 26, 2006, Dogg and members of his posse were busted at London's Heathrow Airport for allegedly vandalizing a duty-free shop after they were turned away from British Airways' first-class lounge. Former child star Aaron Carter is spending a night behind bars after being caught with more than two ounces of marijuana. The younger brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick was pulled over yesterday, for speeding by cops in Kimble County, Texas. Officers found the drugs when they searched his vehicle. Carter, 20, was being held overnight in jail and is due to be arraigned in front of a judge today. Carter launched a music career in the late 90s and released his first single aged nine. ...and now Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are the proud parents of two little bundles of joy. Further more, the latino singers are overjoyed that their double delight has given them a boy AND a girl. The babies were born early this morning, just after midnight, at North Shore University Hospital, in Long Island, New York. The girl weighs 5lb 7oz and the boy, born 11 minutes later, weighed in at 6lb. J.Lo's manager said the star and husband Marc Anthony were overjoyed. Simon Fields said:

"Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon."

The twins are the couple's first children together, and there are rumours the new parents could rake in more than $6 million (US DOLLARS) from an exclusive magazine deal to show off the babies! Oh, and congratulations from all at Splash News guys!!

Pink, who recently announced she is getting divorced from her husband Corey Hart, was spotted grocery shopping at Dean and Deluca in New York City late last night. The singer looked very glum, as she walked around pratically blind folded with her black beanie pulled down. As she tried her best to shield her face from the cameras, the photographers also reported that Pink kept her left glove on while pushing her trolley, leaving them to speculate whether she was trying to conceal her wedding ring hand.
