Could you look any less enthusiastic on your birthday, Charlotte? When we ran into her celebrating her 22nd birthday, she was on her way into a Chinese restaurant for a little celebratory lunch. She was seen with parents Maria and James, along with baby Ruby, but even having her family around couldn't lift her spirits. Lugging that baby bag can't be that bad! I guess Charlotte really didn't want to perk up, even after she came out of the restaurant toting plenty of fun gifts. May I suggest a makeover for the new mother?
