It's war behind closed doors as Britney Spears' lawyers are trying to have her father removed from the conservatorship that is currently in control of her assets, which according to her new lawyer Adam Streisand is worth $40 million. It's official kids, money, no matter how much you have it, can't buy class. The court is also debating Britney's current mental state and according to a court appointed lawyer, Britney is in no way capable of understanding the nature of the court proceedings or competent enough to hire a lawyer calling into question Adam Streisand's presence in the court room.
