It’s official Britney has lost her visitation rights to see sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, following her bizarre meltdown on Thursday night. Lawyers Mark Kaplan and Tara Scott met with County Commissioner Scott Gordon at the LA Superior Court yesterday morning for forty minutes before coming to a mutual decision regarding the custody of the boys. Despite both representatives keeping schtum about the details of the emergency court hearing, a court-minute order, revealed that Britney, 26, had lost the right to see her children. "Respondent [Federline] is awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the minor children," the court papers state. "Petitioner's [Spears'] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending further order of the court." The court order is in effect until January 14th. Update: TMZ is reporitng that Kevin now has sole custody of their two kids and that Britney's visitation has been ripped until a January 14th court hearing. I think someone has a source in Kaplan's office or there might be an LA county clerk out of a job monday morning. The hearing is over but Britney Spears' lawyer, Tara Scott, and Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, are not saying a word about what went down behind closed doors. Looks like we'll have to wait till Monday to find out if Britney loses her visitation rights and if there will be any more sanctions. Cue the rumor mill!

Stripped searched, not stripped of custody (yet, stay tuned) when she arrived at Cedars-Sinai hospital last night.

Upon arriving at the hospital on the evening of Jan. 3, she met briefly a triage nurse before being turned over to the psychiatric department. She was immediately stripped by security of any personal belongings, which normally include her shoes, belt, and any other item of clothing she could harm herself or anyone else with. Her non-clothing personal items were taken away as well, and all were put in a bag and a safe by security. When she finally saw a psychiatrist, the doctor asked her countless questions, including whether she wanted to harm herself or others. Kevin was also questioned by a doctor about what he perceived as being Britney's problems.

You know that person in your family (aunt, grandma, mom) that always wanted you to be a doctor or nurse? Next time they bring up your job and how much better your life would be if you had gone into the medical profession, just throw seeing Britney naked in their face as one of the on-the-job hazards along with accidental A.I.D.S. needle pricks and sticking your finger up a guy's ass under the guise of "checking" the prostate. Kevin Federline and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan rushed to court this morning after Britney Spears' meltdown last night for an emergency hearing. I'm sure Kaplan is pushing to strip Britney of any and all custody rights. The judge is currently in chambers reading over the material and is set to reconvene at 1:30PM LA time. So far Kaplan doesn't feel it's appropriate to address the media at this time but we'll see if things change after the hearing this afternoon. Video by Austin Raishbrook
