Pitching a fit? Leaving the hospital? Britney's got quite a lot under her belt this weekend already! According to reports, she was released from the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and has made her way back to Beverly Hills to regroup. . . and she wasn't alone. Britney went back home with her entourage and Dr. Phil's coaching to fortify herself for this difficult time ahead. Will it be in a psych ward after all? Only time will tell.

Britney Spears will voluntarily check into a psychiatric ward after she is released from the hospital, it was reported today. Brit is set to have an "extended stay" (gulp) at an undisclosed in-patient clinic in California. Insiders have said that this secret location is her key to get well, and why not? It's a natural progression after all this hospital hullabaloo.
According to reports, her father, Jamie Spears, her ex-husband Kevin Federline and pal Sam Lutfi have banded together to support each other, and a source told PageSix.com that "The only thing that is getting them through this horrible time is realizing that she has now taken the first fragile steps in this very long and complex journey."

Lindsay Lohan met up with her dad on a stopover in JFK airport in New York, and they had a chance to do a little catching up before she got on her flight to Los Angeles. Hmm, I wonder if Michael made some sort of New Year Resolution to spend a little extra time with Lindsay?
I do hope that Linds' crotch area goes back into hiding and she makes the jump to real trousers in 2008. Here's to hoping.

Just in case there are any people out there who want to get on the wrong side of Naomi Campbell this year, bear in mind that the stunning supermodel is back in training.
I hear her new specialist subject is boxing...you have been warned! ;)
