It was a chaotic scene as Britney Spears and her new pap boyfriend Adnan Ghalib headed out for lunch and a spot of shopping in Los Angeles yesterday. The attention hungry duo, followed by thirty of their photographer friends, started the day by making a quick stop at a drug store Rite Aid. But after squeezing themselves from the premises they looked a little lost as to where to go.
Eventually they decided to go to the Valley and eat at a local restaurant, Gaucho Grill, where they stayed for some thirty minutes. Upon exiting the restaurant the pair were given a little more room which photographers reported as the quiet before the storm. Britney, who was reportedly wearing no underwear, had to change her top after spilling something down her blue top at lunch.
It was then, having proceeded to Macy's department store, that tempers were lost. Adnan pushed photographers back while they tried to get to their car. It's believed Brit's new man didn't appreciate being asked how it felt to be on the other side of the lens. The pair then sped off back to the sanctuary of Britney's home as the LAPD looked on and watched the convoy of cars disappear up the hill.

Heather Mills turned 40 over the weekend, and in the process, the poor divorcee lost out on some mates (perhaps better worded as clingy celeb gawpers). The former wife to Sir Paul McCartney upset her neighbors after choosing not to extend any birthday party invites or slices of cake to the local residents. One of the offended particulars told the press:
"When we have a party, we invite everyone. Anyone is welcome. But it seems we weren't wanted"
So with the kind of maturity that can only be earned via adulthood, the annoyed locals decided to blurt an array of Beatles songs from their windows in the early hours of the morning. Cleverly securing an invite next time.

Bjork has hit the headlines, after being accused of attacking a photographer in New Zealand. The singer, who has raised many eyebrows over the years which her colorful character, is currently in the land of Kiwi's for the Big Day Out Festival, where she will perform on Friday. The attack on pap Glenn Jeffrey, in which his shirt was ripped, took place after Bjork asked him not to take photos on the early hours of Sunday morning.
Moral of the story? Don't mess with Bjork before breakfast. Try after lunch.

I
suppose the Golden Globes maintained a touch of suspense when the winners were read out. An announcement show doesn't exactly give me shivers, but an award is an award! Johnny Depp picked up a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor (Comedy/Musical), and
Sweeney Todd picked up another for Best Motion Picture (Comedy/Musical). Since
I've really gone on the record as a Depp fan (and who isn't), I was pleased indeed.
And for surprises? I was surprised when Cate Blanchett scooped up her award for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role (Motion Picture), but that did make me wish for a party since
she's been looking so great lately.
More Winners After the Jump

Not that they don't sometimes deserve it! Janice Dickinson may have said that she'd "slap the living sh*t" out of Britney Spears, but not she said that she's going to heat up her war on words with Sylvester Stallone, saying ""If he doesn't shut his big mouth, I'm going to really tell everybody what he did to me." The ex-lovers haven't ever been friends, but things really heated up after Janice claimed that Stallone had even "juiced" her on U.S. TV.
Dickinson really got pissed off because Stallone suggested that she was speaking out just because she wanted publicity. "I'm not desperate!," she raged. "If he doesn't shut his big mouth, I'm going to really tell everybody what he did to me. If he doesn't retract calling me a liar, I'm going to really talk - and he doesn't want that, so he'd better make nice."
