Will Britney Spears show up to court this morning or ditch the proceedings like she usually does?
She's supposed to be at court at 9:30 am this morning but still has not left her house. At this time of day, it will take at least 30 minutes for her to get from her house to the courthouse downtown.

Aww, and just when I thought Suri couldn't get any cuter, she whips out this cheeky shot! Dressed impeccably as always, tiny Suri accompanied her Mum Katie Holmes and Dad Tom Cruise as they shopped at FAO Schwartz. Tom took this chance to bring his camcorder along, and took great joy in filming his wife and daughter in the toy shop.
Katie, who recently described Suri as "delightful", came to New York on Sunday night, adding "We got in and we were running around and eating ice cream and playing with all the toys," she recalled. "Tom and I were playing with a lot of the toys ourselves - it's very fun for adults. We were there for hours!"

If Adnan Ghalib thinks he's the most wanted man on the planet at the moment, then he should check out this video, to see he isn't the only one. Poor Justin Timberlake was once again at the receiving end of being Britney's ex, as swarms of paps crowded his car while he left a club in L.A last night. As Justin tried to make a swift escape, a comical photographer made his feelings heard as he shouted "Save Britney".

Britney Spears' sons have not ONCE asked for their popstar mum since she lost contact with them, according to PageSix.com.
Little Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, have been staying with dad Kevin Federline ever since Britney's baffling stand-off with police at her home. Now a source close to Kevin insists the boys do not show any signs of missing their mum at all.
"The boys are doing fantastic. But they have not asked for their mom even once since Kevin has had them full time". The source also says that Britney calls Kevin in the hope to get to speak to her sons, "But he will not let her right now," the source insists, Kevin is waiting "until the boys have time to get over what happened and what she did to them" before they can talk to mum again.
However, he may not have the right to make that decision for much longer. Today a crucial hearing is expected to decide her fate with the kids. If she turns up to court as expected, then Commissioner Scott Gordon is expected to reinstate her visitation - albeit it with very limited and brief visits under strict supervision.

An earlier incident with photographers may have lead Adnan Ghalib to see red as he was swarmed by cameras at Macy's in Los Angeles. The former pap is reportedly struggling with his new life on the other side of the lens and started his day with Britney by fuming at photographers who were waiting for him outside his home.
"He came out spitting bullets and started demanding respect. He said he had seen people hiding in bushes by his house and told them they had better stop or they'd be sorry. Adnan said if he wasn't given some privacy with Britney then he would make sure none of the group got any pictures. The snappers were all laughing their heads off at him - after all this is the man who stalked Britney for years."
After finishing their meal at Mexican restaurant 'Gaucho Grill' Adnan once again lost his temper as the couple tried to visit some clothing stores. "Neither of them looked very happy. Adnan was complaining about them not having enough room as they left the restaurant and he pushed photographers back as they tried to get to their car."
Oh dear! I hope all this is worth the cheque Adnan.
