Eighties super group New Kids On The Block are planning a comeback almost 14 years after they split. :) The band who captured the hearts of many a tween and teen back in the early 90s, were the most successful boy band of their generation selling over 50 million albums worldwide. NKOTB as they were best known to fans wowed the world with hits like "Hanging Tough", "The Right Stuff" and the infectious ballad "I'll Be Loving You Forever" as well as having a successful cartoon series and the ultimate accolade of being immortalised as 12" dolls. Since splitting back in 1994, Donnie Wahlberg, 38, and Joey McIntyre, 35, have had successful careers as actors, Danny Wood, 38, has worked as a music producer and Knight's brother, Jordan, 37, has continued to record. Jon Knight the oldest member of the band works in real estate will be celebrating his 40th birthday later this year. So they may be a bit past it, but following the success of Take That, who I think are even better second time round and the Spice Girls, there's no reason for New Kids not to try their hand at a relaunch. Officials are close to finding the cause of Heath Ledger’s untimely death and reports reveals that it is possible that Brokeback star may have died from natural causes. Sources close to the investigation to the star’s death say the level of toxicity from medication in his system was low enough not to have killed him. The insiders say Heath's heart stopped and he may have died from a heart attack despite being aged just 28, according to website TMZ.com. The reports emerged as Heath's heartbroken family held a private memorial service for him in Los Angeles on Saturday. It is also claimed authorities suspect the Australian actor was dead for about three hours before he was found in the bedroom of his New York apartment. And it is not believed that the housekeeper who found him heard him snoring at about 1pm, TMZ.com says. A fireman on the scene reported a case of rigor mortis in Heath’s jaw shortly after arriving at 3.30pm Authorities are understood to be furious at reports there may have been a "sinister plot" to remove illegal drugs from Heath's apartment before police and medics arrived. Sources told TMZ.com it would have been "impossible" for a bodyguard sent to the apartment by Heath's close friend Mary-Kate Olsen to have taken anything away without cops noticing. They say officers were there the entire time the bodyguard was present. Heath's body is being flown back to his home city of Perth in Australia, where he will be laid to rest. The Sunday Mirror has revealed that the Chelsea ace had sex with glamour model Brooke Healy in December 2006, just months after his glitzy magazine deal wedding. And to make matters worse, Cole arranged for her to be paid £6000 to keep quiet about the whole deal. Last week it was revealed that Ashley had cheated on his Geordie wife with 22-year-old hairdresser Aimee Walton. However Ashley claims he was TOO DRUNK to have full sex with the hairdresser. Cheryl is said to be devastated and a source close to the singer says: “She is trying to get her head around what has happened and decide what she wants to do about her marriage. "She always brushed off suggestions about him and other girls, saying it was jealousy and rumour-mongering. “But now she is having to question everything. She doesn’t know if she can ever trust him again.” These new revelations come as the couple hold crisis talks to save their 16-month marriage.

Christian Brando, son of Marlon Brando, was confirmed dead today (Saturday) at the age of 49 after a serious bout of pneumonia. Despite the fact that he had been admitted to hospital in earlier this month for the illness, it had been expected that he would make a full recovery. Christian had been working in construction under a pseudonym, according to reports, and took small acting roles in the past. I'm generally of the "Kylie can do no wrong" movement, but even the converted can break away from the pack at times like these. Kylie showed up at the 9th NRJ Music Awards in France in what looks like a half-doily, complete with tail. Even her cute smile can't make up for this one. The damage has been done.
